Text On 10 May 1963, in Antwerp, Lambert Schaus, Member of the European Commission, gives an address to the Annual General Conference of the Flemish Economic Association (the Vlaams Economisch Verbond, VEV) in which he emphasises the importance of a common transport policy within the EEC.
