Text From 1 to 4 January 1957, representatives of Communist and Workers’ Parties and of the Governments of Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania and the Soviet Union meet in Budapest to discuss international current affairs as well as the implications of the October 1956 Hungarian Uprising.
