Final report of working group VII ‘External action’ (16 December 2002)
Text On 16 December 2002, working group VII on EU external action submits its final report to the Convention on the Future of Europe. The group emphasises the benefits of concerted action on the international stage and makes recommendations on instruments, provisions, decision-making arrangements, etc., in a bid to improve coherence and efficiency between institutions and stakeholders.
