Interview with Pierre Pescatore: the early judgments of the Court of Justice (1962–1966)
Ton In an interview granted to the CVCE in November 2003, Pierre Pescatore, former Judge at the Court of Justice of the European Communities, recalls the major judgments handed down by the Court between 1962 and 1966 — before he took up his post in 1967 — which constitute the basic judgments of Community law.
