Judgment by the Danish Supreme Court on accession to the Treaty on European Union (26 May 1997)
Text On 26 May 1997, the Danish Supreme Court rules on the refusal of the Board of Appeal Permissions to order the Prime Minister to produce documents that cast light on the government’s positions on the limits to the application of Article 235 EC. The Court holds that this decision is not subject to judicial review.
