Text In a letter dated 26 August 1959, Ernst Wohlfarth, Director of the Legal Service of the Council, notifies the Ministers for Foreign Affairs and the Permanent Representatives of the EEC Member States of the closure of the procedure for the establishment of a Portuguese diplomatic mission to the European Economic Community (EEC).
