The European Parliament’s Alcide De Gasperi Building (Luxembourg)
Bild Constructed between 1960 and 1965 in the European district of Kirchberg, the European Parliament’s 22-storey Alcide De Gasperi or Tower Building is the first ‘skyscraper’ to be built in Luxembourg City.
