‘Twenty-five candles to blow out on the Helsinki cake’ from Le Soir (19 July 2000)
Text On 19 July 2000, on the 25th anniversary of the decision to launch the third and final stage of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE) in Helsinki, which led to the adoption of the Final Act on 1 August 1975, the Belgian daily newspaper Le Soir considers the origins and development of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
