Text Le 21 février 2001, Günter Verheugen, membre de la Commission européenne en charge de l'élargissement, prononce à l'Université de Kosice un discours dans lequel il décrit les enjeux de l'élargissement de l'Union européenne (UE) et évoque les progrès accomplis par la Slovaquie pour être en position d'adhérer à l'UE.
