Mémorandum du National Coal Board concernant l'agenda de la première réunion du Conseil d'association CECA- Royaume-Uni (9 mars 1955)
Text Le 9 mars 1955, en vue de la première réunion du futur Conseil permanent d'association entre la Communauté européenne du charbon et de l’acier (CECA) et le Royaume-Uni, le National Coal Board rédige un mémorandum dans lequel il précise les différents points qui devront être abordés par la délégation britannique lors des futures négociations relatives aux questions charbonnières.
