Dr Elena Danescu, Researcher at the CVCE and coordinator of the ‘Pierre Werner and Europe' research project, was invited to present the results of her research at the 13th biennial conference of the European Union Studies Association (EUSA), which took place from 9 to 11 May in Baltimore. Her contribution, entitled ‘A rereading of the Werner Report in the light of the Pierre Werner family archives', was selected by the event's scientific committee and was received with great interest by the conference attendees, which included researchers, university lecturers and students, all experts in European studies, who had come from all over the United States and from 46 countries across the world.
