Texte In a diplomatic cable dated 27 January 1970, the Italian Permanent Representation to the EEC in Brussels informs its Foreign Ministry of the decision by the EC Council of Ministers setting out the procedures for consultation between the Member States for the coordination of short-term economic policies and the examination of the short-term financial assistance mechanism.
