Giuseppe Scognamiglio, Turkey and the Customs Union with Europe (1995)
Texte In 1995, in an article published in the journal Affari Esteri, Giuseppe Scognamiglio, Italian Consul in Izmir, emphasises Italy’s determination to strengthen its economic contacts with Turkey in the run-up to the entry into force of the Customs Union between Turkey and the European Economic Community (EEC), due to take place on 1 January 1996.
