Vidéo In this interview excerpt, Jean Mischo, Director of the Political and Cultural Affairs Directorate at the Luxembourg Foreign Ministry from 1983 to 1986, discusses the preparations for and impact of the visit by the EU Troika to South Africa from 30 August to 1 September 1985 to help abolish apartheid. The EU Troika was composed of the Foreign Ministers from Luxembourg, Italy and the Netherlands, accompanied by their respective political directors, together with a Member of the European Commission.
