Vidéo In this interview excerpt, Jean Mischo, a Luxembourg diplomat from 1970 to 1997 and Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Communities from 1986 to 1991 and from 1997 to 2003, describes his childhood in Luxembourg, which was particularly marked by the Second World War. He goes on to discuss his lasting memories of his time in the Scouts and his early interest in international politics at secondary school.
