Letter from the Mayor of Strasbourg to Jacques-Camille Paris (30 January 1952)
Texte On 30 January 1952, Charles Frey, Mayor of the City of Strasbourg and President of the Temporary Strasbourg Committee for the European Movement, informs Jacques-Camille Paris, Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, that he is willing to propose Strasbourg as the seat of the European institutions.
