Texte In November 1957, Max Kohnstamm, former Secretary-General of the Committee of the Three Wise Men and Secretary-General of the Action Committee for a United States of Europe, reports on the visit that he paid to the United States in order to sound out the possibility of nuclear cooperation between the US and Euratom.
