Council Decision 88/376/EEC, Euratom (24 June 1988)
Text The Council Decision of 24 June 1988 establishes a new system for financing the Community budget. Among other new developments, the Decision establishes a fourth resource, fixes a ceiling for the total amount of own resources and makes a few changes to the British compensation mechanism.
