Text On 15 December 1997, Bronislaw Geremek, Polish Foreign Minister, grants an interview to the Belgian daily newspaper Le Soir in which he comments on the decisions adopted at the end of the Luxembourg European Council with regard to the forthcoming enlargement of the European Union.
