Note concerning the future structure of work in the field of JHA (Brussels, 25 June 1998)
Text In a note addressed to the K.4 Committee on 24 June 1998, the incoming Austrian Presidency of the Council of the European Union considers the implications for the working structures of the Council of bringing some areas in the field of justice and home affairs (JHA) within the Community system resulting from the entry into force of the Treaty of Amsterdam.
