Ruling by the Czech Constitutional Court on the Treaty of Lisbon (3 November 2009)
Text In a ruling handed down on 3 November 2009, the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic declares that the Treaty of Lisbon complies in its entirety with the country’s constitutional order.
