‘A look at the Bevin plan' from Le Soir (13 February 1948)
Text On 13 February 1948, the Belgian daily newspaper Le Soir comments on the address given by Ernest Bevin, British Foreign Secretary, in which he proposes a Western Union. The newspaper regrets his anti-Soviet tone and explains the need to specify the ambitions of this future Union.
