‘A slightly improved budget?’ from Le Soir (4 April 2006)
Text In the light of the trialogue meeting held on 4 April 2006 between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission, the Belgian daily newspaper Le Soir considers the difficulties involved in reaching an agreement on the financial perspective 2007–2013 and the unfortunate consequences for Community expenditure of a budget ‘on the cheap’.
