Action Plan of the Council of Europe’s Third Summit (Warsaw, 16 and 17 May 2005)
Text On the occasion of the Council of Europe’s Third Summit, held in Warsaw on 16 and 17 May 2005, the Heads of State or Government of the organisation’s member States draw up an Action Plan, annexed to the Final Declaration, in order to establish the principal tasks of the Council of Europe in the next few years.
