Address given by Robert Goebbels on the Schengen Agreement (14 June 1985)
Text On 14 June 1985, Robert Goebbels, Luxembourg Junior Foreign Minister, welcomes the signing, the same day in Schengen, of the agreement on the gradual abolition of controls at the common borders between Belgium, France, the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG), Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
