Text On 10 February 2000, the Austrian Permanent Representation sends the basic principles of the position adopted by the Austrian Federal Government for the Intergovernmental Conference on institutional matters to Javier Solana, Secretary-General of the Council/High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy.
