Communication from the Commission, Unacceptable situation and correcting mechanism (30 January 1975)
Text On 30 January 1975, the Commission adopts a communication on the ‘correcting mechanism’ introduced by the Final Communiqué issued at the end of the meeting of Heads of State or Government in Paris on 9 and 10 December 1974. This mechanism will apply in the event that the participation of some Member States in the Community budget is unacceptable in view of their economic situation.
