Text On 3 October 1968, the Director of the Agency for the Control of Armaments (ACA), General Fiori, issues control order 1776 to Engineer-General Loborie, an inspector at the ACA, for the inspection of the equipment and munitions stored at the regional military warehouse in Gresswiller and at the three annexes in Bitche, Neuburg and Illkirch.
