Final report of working group II ‘Integration of the Charter/accession to the ECHR’ (22 October 2002)
Text On 22 October 2002, working group II submits its final report to the Convention on the Future of Europe. The group has examined the practicalities and consequences of the possible integration of the EU’s Charter of Fundamental Rights into the treaties and the EU’s potential accession to the European Convention on Human Rights.
