Final report of working group III ‘Legal personality’ (1 October 2002)
Text On 1 October 2002, working group III on legal personality submits its final report to the Convention on the Future of Europe. The group’s conclusions emphasise the need for the European Union, as a subject of international law, to be given a single legal personality, which would also enable the treaties to be merged.
