Final Resolution of the Madrid Conference (2 and 3 April 1991)
Text The delegations from the parliaments of the participating States of the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE), meeting in Madrid on 2 and 3 April 1991, adopt the text of the Final Resolution concerning the establishment of the CSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
