The photo shows, from left to right: Philippe Yacé (President of the National Assembly of Côte d’Ivoire), Hamani Diori (first President of the Republic of Niger), Maurice Yaméogo (first President of the Republic of Upper Volta), Charles de Gaulle (President of the French Republic), Félix Houphouët-Boigny (first President of Côte d’Ivoire) and Hubert Maga (first President of the Republic of Dahomey).
