Video In diesem Interview beschreibt Paul Collowald, ehemaliger Journalist bei der Tageszeitung Le Nouvel Alsacien und ehemaliger Korrespondent für Europafragen der Tageszeitung Le Monde im Elsass, die Einstellung der Straßburger zu der Tatsache, dass der Europarat seinen Sitz in ihrer Stadt einrichten wird, und geht besonders auf den 10. August 1949 ein, als die erste Sitzung der Beratenden Versammlung in der Aula der Universität stattfindet.
