Interview with Enrique Barón Crespo, Spanish Member of Parliament (1977–1982), Minister for Transport, Communications and Tourism (1982–1985), Member of the European Parliament (1986–2009) and President of the European Parliament (1989–1992), carried out by the Centre Virtuel de la Connaissance sur l’Europe (CVCE) on 31 March 2011 in Madrid.
