Interview with Jacques F. Poos: the EU and European cooperation organisations (Sanem, 16 April 2004)
Video In this interview, Jacques F. Poos, former Luxembourg Foreign Minister, analyses the role of the two intergovernmental organisations of which he chaired the decision-making body: the Council of Europe and Western European Union. Comparing these organisations, he draws attention to the benefits of the European Union, emphasising not only the value of the Community method but also the broader aims of the organisation.
