Video In this interview, Pierre Moscovici, French Minister in the Foreign Ministry with responsibility for European Affairs from 1997 to 2002, describes the circumstances in which the Fifteen adopted the Declaration on the Future of the European Union (EU) and decided to convene a Convention on the Future of the EU at the end of the Laeken European Council on 14 and 15 December 2001.
