Interview with Yves Mersch, President of the Banque centrale du Luxembourg and Member of the Governing Council and General Council of the European Central Bank (ECB), carried out by the Centre Virtuel de la Connaissance sur l’Europe (CVCE) on 24 August 2010 at the Château de Sanem.
