Josep Borrell Fontelles signs the agreement on the 2007–2013 financial perspective
Image On 17 May 2006, in Strasbourg, Josep Borrell Fontelles, President of the European Parliament, signs the Interinstitutional Agreement on budgetary discipline and sound financial management. This Agreement concerns, in particular, the financial programming framework for 2007–2013.
