Text In a letter dated 28 March 1962, the General Secretariat of the Council notifies Walter Hallstein, President of the Commission of the European Economic Community (EEC), of his agreement concerning the appointment of José Tomás Cabral Calvet de Magalhães as the Head of Portugal’s Mission to the EEC.
