"Leven met de topconferentie" in 30 jours d'Europe (juni 1972)
Text In juni 1972 verdedigt Ferdinando Ricardo, journalist van de Agence Europe in het maandblad 30 jours d'Europe de Europese topconferenties. Volgens hem kan alleen "de top", als instantie buiten de Gemeenschap, die niet aan diens grenzen is onderworpen, de bevoegdheden en actiegebieden van de Gemeenschap uitbreiden en zodoende de toekomstige richting van het Europese integratieproces bepalen.
