Text En février 1950, face aux critiques des États-Unis concernant les lenteurs de l'intégration européenne, Georges Villiers, président du Comité national du Patronat français (CNPF), relate les difficultés d'un tel projet et rappelle les fondements essentiels sur lesquels doit reposer l'intégration économique de l'Europe.
