Text On 21 July 1972, the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Communities informs the press of the programme for the ceremony to be held to mark the signing of the agreements between the European Economic Community (EEC) and the Member States of the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) which have not applied for accession.
