Text On 10 August 1950, delegations from Belgium, the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG), France, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands draw up a report outlining the decisions taken since 20 June 1950 when the negotiations opened on the implementation of the Schuman Plan.
