Text On 2 July 1956, the Soviet representative to the European Office of the United Nations, A. Tchistiakov, submits a memorandum from the Soviet Union Government concerning the draft pan-European agreement on economic cooperation to Gunnar Myrdal, Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Europe.
