Statement by Hans-Dietrich Genscher to the European Parliament (12 April 1983)
Text On 12 April 1983, Hans-Dietrich Genscher, West German Foreign Minister, gives his views in the European Parliament on the report by Belgian MEP Lambert Croux concerning the establishment of European Political Cooperation. He also emphasises the importance of the plan for a Solemn Declaration on the European Union.
