Telegram from Jean-Marc Boegner to the French Foreign Ministry on the failure of the Council held on 30 June 1965 (Brussels, 1 July 1965)
Text On 1 July 1965, Jean-Marc Boegner, Permanent Representative of France to the European Communities, sends a letter to the French Foreign Minister, Maurice Couve de Murville, in which he gives an account of the failure of the Council’s discussions on the financing of the common agricultural policy (CAP) which took place during the night of 30 June 1965.
