Telegram to the Portuguese Ambassador to Brussels concerning the request for the opening of negotiations with the EEC (19 April 1962)
Text On 19 April 1962, the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs sends a telegram to the Portuguese Ambassador to Brussels stating that, despite the reactions of some countries, he has to request the opening of negotiations with the EEC.
