‘The USSR has secured substantial advantages’ from Le Monde Diplomatique
Text In September 1970, the French monthly newspaper Le Monde Diplomatique outlines the implications of the Treaty of Moscow in which the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) and the USSR recognise the territorial status quo between Germany and Poland and between the FRG and the German Democratic Republic (GDR).
