Text On 6 June 2005, commenting on the negative outcome of the referenda held in France and the Netherlands on the Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe, Mircea Vasilescu, Editor-in-Chief of the Romanian weekly newspaper Dilema Veche, deplores the persistence of differences in Europe between East and West.
