Texte Address delivered by Nicolas Hommel, Secretary-General of the Council of the European Communities from 1973 to 1980, in June 1976 at the end of the Luxembourg Presidency of the Council in honour of Jean Dondelinger, Permanent Representative of Luxembourg to the European Communities from 1975 to 1984. In his address, Nicolas Hommel outlines the Ambassador’s efforts to improve the efficiency of Coreper and restore its influence on national governments.
